I am always greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member. The items I purchase are always in stock. I acknowledge that everything in the store is of quality, but I do find them expensive. The store is well run with very caring staff.

It met all if my needs. Your staff was amazing and informative and a great sales person!!!

I felt that the person I was talking to understood the merchandise she was recommending. She took time to ask questions to make sure she (...and admittedly I) understood what I was looking for. Traffic at the feeder has been non-stop since the new feed has been on offer. Whatever my thoughts might be, the proof of the quality of the service is out back!
