The staff recognize me and are knowledgeable of my requirements . they help me carry purchases to my vehicle.

I found what I was looking for online and found it locally. The staff was friendly, accommodating, helped me bring my purchases to my car. The store atmosphere was great, everyone seemed to be happy to be working there. I will be going back and have told a number of friends what a great store it is.

I ordered thinking it would come by canada post but was pleasantly surprised next day by a call saying delivery was possible. Much appreciated by us and our birds.

It is our neighbourhood bird store and those working there are familiar and wonderful.it has everything that I need.

I enjoyed talking with staff about a bird that was frequenting our feeder in the garden. It turned out to be a nuthatch which staff person elaborated on. I found the whole experience edifying!

Very knowledgeable friendly staff. They had everything I needed though running low/out of some pretty good considering we're in a pandemic. oh yeah...they were also taking covid protection measures seriously.

I love your products, and the staff at the Bank Street store are wonderful - Matt, Jennifer, Michelle, and others whose names I don’t know. There is a WBU store within 10-15 minutes of my home, but I prefer to drive a good 40 minutes to the Bank Street store, and that is because of the people!

I appreciate the quality of information shared by staff in addiction to the honest, pleasant, willingness and ability to help. I've been a strong fan of the Bank street Wild Birds for years.
