The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They're all very friendly ... it's nice to see them and catch up. I did have an issue ordering online the first time, and they were able to sort it out very quickly.

First because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Second because of the merchandise.

As always, the owner patiently and clearly answered my questions, in this case, comparing two squirrel proof feeders. Further, the bird seed we prefer was available, and other staff were cheerful and pleasant.

I have been coming for years now and the staff has always been friendly. Some remember my name. During COVID I was surprised by the great delivery service from your staff.

I am becoming familiar with the store and its products. Things are easy to find and staff try their best to help out.

Unfortunately I’m not as good as Jim in remembering names but the staff at Wild Birds Unlimited On Bank St. are the nicest people. Full of knowledge & always helpful, even offering to carry your larger items to your car.

The lady was very cheerful and helpful, she even carried the purchase to my car!

The well laid out store makes it easy to find what our looking for and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. And the lifetime warranty on many of their products which I have used for minor repairs to feeders is very welcome, it's a pleasure to shop there.

THE QUALITY OF THE MERCHANDISE IS EXCELLENT AND I’VE HAD MY FEEDERS FOR MANY YEARS. IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN YOU HELP ME FIX IT, IF IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED YOU GIVE ME ADVICE ON WHAT I SHOULD REPLACE IT WITH. AS A CUSTOMER I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE.
