I find the staff to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I enjoy shopping locally and supporting their small business.

This store was recommended to us by family members when we were looking for a bird seed location closer to home. Love the coziness of the store, the products and the fantastic staff. Always greeted with a smile and staff are always willing to provide information on their products. Also love the help they give you in taking your purchases to your vehicle. Keep doing the great job that your are doing.

Staff was knowledge. Easily explained what birds would be attracted to different seeds so that I could easily choose the right mix for the birds I am seeing.

Since the beginning of the covid-19 epidemiic have not visited the store @ 1500 Bank St., because I live In Montreal, When I used to have more freedom I visited this establishment frequently, was always impressed with the products & the atmosphere in the store. I always looked forward to the visit with Jim Carpenter, the gentleman who helped me with my purchase this time, and I was satisfied with the service again. Keep up the good work Jim.

The outstanding Customer Service always exhibited by staff at the Ottawa WBU keep me going back. There are other retail outlets where one can buy bird feeders, seed, etc. but none can compare to Ottawa WBU for custmer service. It is a pleasure to shop at WBU and I look forward to the end of the pandemic when I will return to ins-store shopping.
