No matter when I go the staff are always very helpful and know just about all there is to know about birds, feeders, and food. I have some knowledge about birds and their food but I rely on their expertise for a lot of information. Their is a great selection of everything to do with birds and the quality is fantastic. I always find what I'm looking for or they always know when it will arrive. Love shopping there.

I am always happy with the quality of the products and the helpfulness of the staff but I was very pleasantly surprised that my order arrived the same day. I also love that it was in a paper bag, not in plastic.
