The staff took time to understand my need for a feeder to stick to a window and helped me with my decision giving me some interesting options.

Not only was the staff person who helped me give super smart advice, but she was incredibly friendly and efficient. I felt like I had a personal shopper consultant. I purchased exactly what I was looking for.

As always, I had excellent service. COVID safety features were excellent and well followed. I had someone helping me gather up all of the things I needed so that i got out of the store quickly. I was helped to my car with my "loot". Since COVID started, I have been trying to get bigger orders so that I don't have to go into the store as often (I am doing this with everything). They understand this. When I asked for assistance once inside while waiting to go in (due to COVID and only a certain number of customers allowed in at a time, we often need to wait), they were happy to promise assistance. This allowed me to easily get everything I came for in a minimal amount of time. But, I always get excellent service at this location--no matter what I need.

I have bought all my bird feeders and seed from Wild Bird for many years. I always get a friendly welcome from the staff. The quality of the products make it worth the drive for me.

The staff were very knowledgable. I had gone into find out about bird feeders a couple of weeks ago as I wanted one for my birthday. My husband came with me last week and he bought me a feeder and stand. Plus we bought bird seed. The birds found the feeder quickly and the squirrels are intrigued but baffled. Thank you

In terms of quality, you definitely get what you pay for! I’m extremely satisfied with the ease of assembly of my pole system and the baffles have already saved me a day’s worth of seed! A+!
