My order was ready for pick-up quickly and the store associate that called to inform me that it was ready was very friendly. Curb side pickup was very smooth and I didn’t even have to call, they knew what type of car I was driving & came out with my order right away.

I bought a metal part for a bird feeder over a year ago. It was the wrong part. I never got around to changing it. I swapped it for another part, with no problem. the staff member was friendly and knowledgeable, it’s always a very pleasant experience to shop here

With help of the staff I was able to create my ideal bird station for my backyard when I thought I just wanted a new pole.

The products are excellent. The online ordering is super easy. Delivery is amazingly fast. And customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

ordered on line on a Saturday, and all the items were at my front door on the Monday morning..very impressed !

While we waited to enter - COvid protocol re number in store - the staff member at the front door was able to answer our questions satisfactorily thus cutting down the amount of time we needed indoors to complete our purchases. Friendly and very helpful staff. The only reason we might not visit again within 60 days is that I think we bought enough feed to last through then.

In our current situation getting home delivery is an awesome option. I only wish the products were a little cheaper. The quality of your products is top notch! I normally would visit the Bank St. location where I've always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and welcoming.
