WBU is my happy place. Great people, like minded and is where I go when I want to both stock up on supplies and spoil myself.

My online order was delivered same day. That was unexpected. There was an error with the contents but with a phone call, it was quickly corrected.

Jennifer went over and above my expectations.

As always , the staff is very friendly and several call me by name.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. COVID protocols in place and followed. Items I was looking for were in stock and alternatives were suggested and I actually purchased and alternative as it would work better in my particular situation

I've been a customer for many years. The long term staff members recognize me and know what I might be buying. There's never a question that the 50lbs bag of sunflower seed will be carried out to the car for me... :-)
