Staff are always friendly, available and knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure to shop there, and each time I go, I end up getting something new!

As soon as I walk in a friendly staff member greets me and offers assistance. This makes my visit very efficient. If ever I have a question regarding a type of bird feed or advice on the feeder I always receive a well advised response. The staff are very knowledgeable.

I call before I go and you always confirm whether or not you have the product (and you answer the phone quickly). When we go in, it's bright, cheery, and the staff are engaged. We raced in 10 minutes before closing and the lady working there was charming and lovely. We had some chuckles together and she was very knowledgeable. I recommend your store frequently!
