Very helpful competent staff

They were helpful in explaining to me why I was having some problems attracting birds to my backyard. They are a source of info about birds and birds' habits, not just a store that sells you birdseed.

I was met by knowledgeable and friendly staff that were truly interested in helping me with my purchases. They answered all my questions and made good recommendations.

Receive excellent advice on feeding birds and love picking up extra gifts. Lots of great things on sale too!

We have a large number of birds and Chipmunks that rely on us to keep them in food over the winter (actually all year round). On a recommendation from your staff we switched to the no mess feed and found it really was much cleaner and the birds still gobbled it up. We always enjoy our interaction with the staff and find them helpful and knowledgeable.

I love the capsaicin saturated feeder blocks, they really discourage the squirrels. The locally grown sunflower seed is also a big plus. This is a great place to shop for backyard bird products.
