The quality of your staff is exceptional. I have dealt with 3 different associates and each of them has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The birdbath was in stock. I was called the next day to confirm pick up day, it was ready when my daughter picked it up.

The staff are--to a person--very knowledgeable, engaging and pleasant. They reach out in a very welcoming--and non-cloying--way, and demonstrate genuine interest in my "bird" experience. The choices of supplies is fabulous. I also appreciate the special "savings club" offer.

It was during Covid last summer when the purchase of the Squirrel Buster was made. I am disabled with multiple sclerosis. There was a line outside into the parking lot. Because I am unable to stand in heat and humidity, I explained to the staff member exactly what I wanted to purchase. She returned promptly with a Squirrel Buster that I gave to a friend who is currently enjoying it. My friend wanted to leave due to the lineup, I insisted we stay. This week my friend was charmed with a visit from a male goldfinch on one level and a chickadee on another level! The female staff member went out of her way to accommodate my disability and I really appreciated her effort and help.

I brought a friend with me that day. It was her first time at the store. She was impressed and I felt good about that.
