I've shopped at WBU for 22 years. The staff is always helpful and thoughtful and they know the merchandise. Also, my questions are answered, and if they don't know, they will try and find out the answers.

It's always an easy process to order and pick up from this store. When it's a large purchase, staff always make the effort to help transport.

The young girl on Sunday was very knowledgeable and happy to guide me on purchasing a hummingbird feeder. Also honest that it might take a while to see a hummingbird and the possibility I might not!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they are bird enthusiast alike. Always enjoy going to the store on bank; it is my happy place. Lots of selection.
