We shop frequently at the North Olmsted store and everyone who has ever waited on us has been wonderful. Staff is always willing to take the heavy bags out for me though they don’t need to do that when my husband shops 😊. I particularly like the no waste bird seed. There is a wonderful variety of things to shop for and I can almost always find something extra to buy. We used to visit the one in Willoughby and since moving to North Olmsted we are very glad they are here on this side of town.

The staff in this store are extremely friendly and know their products. We have enjoyed feeding our feathered friends by coming in and learning from them what is appropriate and they can answer our questions with ease.
