I come in knowing exactly what I want. It has always been in stock. Staff always ask if I need assistance. Checkout is quick and easy. Staff always help me carry merchandise to my car.

I absolutely love Wild Birds Unlimited. If I could afford it, I would buy all of my birdfeeding supplies from WBU. Some of the products are a little out of my price range and I have to go elsewhere for a few items, but I try to make it to the WBU store for most of my supplies. I tell all my birdfeeding friends and family members to shop at WBU when they want quality products, and I've even brought them to the store myself. I've gotten more than a few people started on their birdfeeding journey at WBU. Thank you for offering such a great place to shop. :)

Found what I wanted, had a coupon that saved me some money m, employee was friendly and helpful.

They are always very helpful. They know what the birds like and they are honest if a product isn't going to work.

Every time I visit whether in store or curb side pick up I am always treated well! I believe her name is Diane that works there. She is super!! Love her! So sweet! I have to say all the employees there are very kind! Thank you for helping me feed the birds!

We had questions about a heated bird bath. Salesperson took time to explain product to us and did so in a very un-rushed manner. Also offered to carry purchase to the car.

The problem I had was I grabbed the wrong container thinking it was bark butter that our brown creeper in our yard loves. I grabbed the wrong item and the staff quickly got me the proper bark butter and sure enough the brown creeper still was there for the Hales Corners Christmas Bird Count held yesterday. This bird also likes suet.
