I love this store and now only shop here for my bird needs! All of the staff is spectacular but the only issue I've had is with the rewards program. My mother and I live on the same street but different houses. I opted into the rewards program to share with her but one of the salespeople (Russ?) said she cannot use my rewards account. He gave a big speil about not gaining double points or something, which i didn't even understand. Besides the fact that only one of us paid for the year, there isn't anything we are gaining from sharing the rewards account. So my mom gives me cash and i pay for everything. I shop at the store usually with my mom. I put her on the account instead of my husband, so I don't think it makes any sense from my perspective. This is truly a minor issue and I'm not mad about it. It just seems like a silly hill to die on on your end.

Excellent quality products and great variety. Very good price for the quality. Birds will no longer eat anything else. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and store is always clean and easy to navigate.

I love the selection. I love the membership discount. I love the quality of the products, especially the guarantee on the feeders. I love that I can order my mom, a WBU lover for several decades, presents to shop to her now that's she's too far from a store to shop herself regularly. The owner of my local store is very helpful!

I able to make my decisions based on product/s available. I live almost an hour away via freeway so haven't been here recently. It winter and we having challenging storms for the wee creatures. I have restocked by load for them and at checkout found out I eligible for a discount that I had not heard about. For some reason I did not receive the latest mailing. Had received the last mailing that ended the end of 2020. SO I got another item so that I would get the larger discount. MADE ME HAPPY!! SO thank you to the staff for volunteering the information. A happy shopper who has had a discount card in the past.
