I knew what I wanted to buy and where it was in the store.

I know I’ll get a quality product and the help I need if I have questions. Staff is (are?) always friendly. And the store has a welcoming atmosphere.

I have been a customer of this store for many years. I live in Columbus which is about 60 miles away so when I go to see my daughter who lives 1/2 hr. away I always shop at this store. If I need seed before I get there I order online. Either way, I am always pleased.

Staff is always friendly & welcoming. Always willing to listen to me go on & on about my birds what's happening & what's not. Answer my questions to the best of their ability. Coz sometimes we just dint know why the birds, squirrels etc do what they do!
