We love the store, the staff & quality of products. We stopped in looking at bird houses a couple of weeks ago. Bonni answered all our questions & made a few suggestions, but we wanted to do a little comparison shopping. Needless to say, after looking in a few other shops & thinking about it on vacation, we came back ready to buy. Bonni helped us once again. She showed us how to install the pole, which is very easy & would have attached the house to the platform, but we chose a house that required a shorter screw than you had in store. We are waiting a few weeks before we put up the new house, but I'm excited to get it up. I chose a house with a clear panel on one side, so I can watch the nest building & for any eggs! We did not find any other house setups better than yours & so easy to install. We love the quality of the items you sell as well. We are repeat customers!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Availablility of products I'm looking for is suitable. The workers are always more than helpful. On the other hand, the prices are high and loom in the back of my mind that I'm spending too much on feeding nature. Ive been a Wild Birds shopper for over 20 years, first at the Brookfield store and now at the Hwy 100 store. But the prices and my limited budget as I get older are making me rethink continuing to purchase premium bird food. Although I do get your coupons in the mail, it seems like my purchase usually triggers them, and I really don't want to spend more at that point.
