Good selection, friendly knowledgeable staff.

Even the though the store has been rearranged, everything I needed was still easy to find. I kind of preferred the feeling before the redecorate. It was cozier and felt more appropriate for the product. It felt more like walking through the woods and seeing what was behind the next tree. Now it’s a bit colder. Checkout was easy breezy.

The quality and selection of the birdfood is the best. I also appreciate the knowledgeable staff who are always helpful and friendly. I know they have a great return policy, although I've never needed it.
