The service the folks give is extremely helpful and knowledgable. The store is always clean and the minute I walk in I love the birdsey atmosphere. My birds also love the fresh food they get here. It seems like the staff and owner and manager are the nicest folks.

The food I buy at Wild Birds Unlimited is good quality. The birds have never not cleaned out my feeders. The deer love it, too.

Staff is always friendly & helpful. We always chat about what's happening with our birds, they always seem genuinely interested and offer great advice. Always one of my favorite places to shop.

Employee answered my question on thistle and possibly why we haven’t seen activity. Her suggestion to start with a small bag of fresh thistle to see if my old thistle was the issue. That turned out to correct as the song birds flooded back with the fresh. Now I’ll back for a larger bag.

The new look makes the store look larger and brighter. Products are easy to find once familiarized with the new layout. The staff is always well-informed and friendly, and there is a diverse selection of products to peruse.
