The male clerk was not wearing a mask and asked if I cared he wore his. I said the sign on the door said mask required ( and this was prior to cdc changing guidelines) . He said the only reason we have masks is due to the election. I said the reasons we wear masks is for everyone’s safety. I do not appreciate his political views when I m shopping.

They overloaded a box that couldn’t handle the weight of the items in the box - they should have divided the items in half and put in two boxes - Also, they delivered the items in front of my garage instead of by the front door where the overhang was -

The sales person. It was a guy I never saw before and he was not interested in serving the customer. It was not a pleasent experience.

After arriving home driving 22 miles round trip I found my order to be one bag short of what I ordered. Also one of the products I have been buying for years is not shown on the internet.

the cashier was not friendly. the floor staff was. I had a coupon that expired the day before and she would not let me use it. I asked to speak to a manager and she said none was available and did not offer any other solutions.

The product is a wrinkle finish which give more traction for squirrels to climb the pole, and the dimensions are different than my original WB feeder so they don't work. I need to return the product.

We rec’d a 20% off one item coupon for our birthday in the mail. When we tried to use it on the bird feed cylinder we purchased, we were told that the coupon could not be used for that because the cylinders were already marked down 15%! Why couldn’t we use the coupon for 20% off these cylinders at their full price so we could get an additional 5% off. Why provide a coupon if it cannot be used?? Will we be back?? Not if we can find this product at another store since WBU won’t even accept thie OWN coupons
