Couldn’t come in due to the virus. I like to look at all the products you offer. That was the only down side to my visit. Nobody’s fault. Just the way things are right now

The terms of the discount membership changed without notice. The original discount was greater than the current additional 5% on sale items.

I came into the store knowing what parts I needed and had to wait because the birdfeeder pole parts area was blocked by other people and the salesperson trying to sell them on stuff they didn’t want since I could overhear the conversation. I finally interrupted and stood by the parts I needed. The other people walked away and the salesperson hen started bugging me. The salesperson kept wanting to ask irrelevant questions and not allowing me to just get the parts I needed and go home to install it before it got dark. She was very annoying.

We are "club" members for years and spend over 100.00 per month with club discounts. We receive both monthly direct 20% discount mailers and 20% discount e-mails which we were told we could use in addition to our club member discount offer. Lately we were questioned by a male clerk about abusing our membership by "double dipping", 2 offers in the same month. Lets face it your products are good but quite expensive and we welcome any price break for retired people. If you treat customers who spend well over a grand a year like criminals we will look to shop someplace else.

It's not the store's fault, but apparently a supply-chain issue was the reason given for the Nutty For Nuts cylinder not being in stock, and an unknown date when it would become available again. :(

The people working there are ok...but I dont find them very upbeat or friendly...a welcome or smile would be nice.

You do not have your employees wear masks and she’s coughing and has a red nose…. Perhaps allergies. I have allergies. I don’t know but as small as your store is…. I feel it’s gross if even your employees don’t wear masks and your prices are high I can shop for many things there anymore. The prices can’t be justified: But I will never deny that you have a quality product in the seed you sell. But for a lot less…. I’ll go to Stein’s.
