I usually buy more seeds when you have your bird seed sale. I was very disappointed that you are not having the seed sale this summer. I am a member of your club. I still get what is it 5% off, but the sale brings it a little more cheaper. Your bags of seed are not cheap.

I always enjoy coming into the store. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I love getting the coupons in the mail as well as in my email.

I am a bargain buyer and I find that WBU usually do not have many bargains. I shop there for items that are somewhat unique to the store. However I did renew my membership.

I normally shop at this store. The staff is friendly and the products are in stock.

We ordered 2 bags of seed and originally only 1 was brought out. We had to ask for the other and the person had to check before bringing it out. The first time I ordered curb side I wanted in the back seat as my trunk was full. The person acted put out by this and threw the bag of thistle into the seat. It opened and spilled. I was finally able to vaccuum it out now that the car washes are open. Now I just ask to have it set on the curb and I get out and out to put it in the car after the person goes back in the store. I do like the staff they are very helpful it was just this one incident.

When picking up order, it was incorrect. Number of items were not accurate and one item was incorrect

My order couldn't be found when I arrived. The staff did eventually did find my order and it was filled. When I got home I realized my free bird bedding coupon wasn't used and I am not sure I will not be back in time to receive the item.

After getting my purchase I received a coupon in the mail ( the same day) for 20 percent off one product. Wish I was told this would be coming.
