Wild Birds Unlimited

Some of the items i wanted were not available at this store. Secured them at another store.

I was there to purchase no mess bird seed. It annoys me that it’s so super expensive and I wouldn’t buy it if it wasn’t the only seed of its kind that meets my needs. I’ve tried numerous other brands that are billed as “no waste” but either they leave a thick layer of “dust” on the bottom of the feeder or seeds sprout on the ground causing too much wasted seed and more work cleaning up for me.

I wish there was a vegan option for the seed cylinders. I wish someone had told me that there would be a sale on seed cylinders two days from the day I bought some.

It's pricey

I think the prices are a little high.

The coupons are always helpful, as the birds are really eating a lot. The staff is good at answering my questions about what feeders and feed is the best for certain birds.

The staff was friendly and the store is well-stocked.

I had a gift certificate in the amount of $50.00 and a bird bucks slip in the amount of $10.00 of course. I paid my balance with my Visa credit card and when I was on my way home noticed that the the gift certificate was deducted, but my bird bucks was never deducted from m y total. I am sure it was an oversite because the store was very busy. I don't know if you can still credit my account for the $10.00 or not. Any help you can give me is appreciated. Other than that, I am very satisfied with Wild Birds Unlimited. A wonderful store with a very friendly staff! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Checking the Highly Satisfied option means the highest score...There is always room for improvement. I love WBU, but do feel items are pricey.

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at wild birds- When asked to fill out surveys I will rarely give the highest rating on every question. As I said —- I was very satisfied with your store and employees-
