Because I had to stop in twice because the Cranberry seed cylinder was on back order. Seems like that’s how it is at a lot of stores. But inconvenient with gas the way it is and you make 2 trips instead of one.

Some prices are way too expensive, namely some of the suet feed compared to other outlets for the same brand and types.

I wanted to buy the birdseed with cayenne pepper in it and it wasn't available in the 7# bag - only small bags

The only issue I ever have with WBU tends to be the pricing on some things. The birdseed itself is very competitively priced, especially with a membership, and I'm very happy to keep coming back for it. It's the most cost-effective seed that isn't filled with things I find useless, like corn and milo. However, the pricing of accessories and feeders seems rather high. For example, I'm considering an upside-down suet feeder to minimize how much of my suet gets devoured by starlings. A simple one on your store costs $22 which is pretty good compared to other stores, but I can't justify that price for what would be a very simple DIY project. Likewise, the prices for simple sheets/trays for catching birdseed are high for what amounts to a perforated piece of metal/plastic.

Check out took much longer because the associate could not find me in the system.

1) disappointed not carrying 20# bags of fine sunflower chips 2) squirrels are eating hot cylinders for first time since you started with the hot. Has the formula become less hot?

They hadn't received my order yet when I came in several hours later. I came in because there was an only in store deal that we wanted to get. When I asked about my online order they couldn't find it. Then they realized it was still on the printer waiting to be compiled. After that it was quickly brought to me.

There are a lot of new seed blends available now. There were signs that listed which birds they would attract. What was missing, in my opinion, was a listing that would say "why" you would use one over another - i.e. - if you have bully birds, use this; if you want more blue jays, use that. Even when I asked one of the workers, she could not articulate why one would be better for me to use than another. So I ended up buying what I always buy (No Mess) and not trying one of the new mixes.
