When there is a warranty issue, on several occasions, customers are made to feel guilty they did something wrong. You get grilled on why, where, how, seed, location, critters, etc Also, I would LOVE if you offered the SALE OF PARTS. If my tube breaks... I would like to buy the tube, not the whole feeder. I would also find being able to take the top handle off completely helpful for cleaning.

I went in to buy a pepper cylinder, was promptly checked out and went on my way. What's to get excited about? I live on a very tight budget so I can't buy as much as I would like, and your prices are quite high.
