Out of striped sunflower seed

The employee was not overly helpful in recommending a product.

I wanted to check out plastic birdseed pourable containers at the S. 27th St. store; I'd previously bought one at the Bluemound Ave. location. I was told they did not carry that product. Also, I bought a membership at the 27th Street location, and it seems like a good value. But why is there no way to use this membership at all WBU? Yes, I know they're all interdependently owned, but I can't believe there is no way to have some kind of reciprocal agreement between stores. I live in South Milwaukee, but shop at multiple WBU locations. I now have a 5 dollar coupon at one store, a membership at another, and can't use both at one store.

If this is the store on hwy 100, the clerk had no information and couldn’t answer my questions about storage. I will be going back to the Brookfield store.

Prices are getting too high. Pepper items do not seem hot enough lately to Deter squirrels

I purchased 4 hot pepper suet cylinders in fall. Put 1 out immediately but the birds still have not eaten it. I'm concerned there is something wrong with it. The store clerk stated I would not be able to return or exchange the 3 unopened seed cylinders because they are too old. I have since removed the cylinder from the feeder and put a new one (from the 4 previously purchased) in the feeder. It's been a week and not a single bird has visited the seed cylinder. I will again remove the seed tray feeder for a week or so to see if that helps direct the birds to the cylinder but that did not work before. For this reason, I am not Highly Satisfied.

I don't think I'M ever HIGHLY anything. The product and customer service was up to my expectations, which are HIGH!!
