The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to answer any questions. It's always fun to check out the latest birding accessories, gifts, greeting cards etc. The store is always orderly and well stocked.

The only reason we wouldn't order again in the next 2 months is because we ordered a lot... hoping to stock up. It was very nice they included a free nesting ball and personal messages on the receipt.

We love Wild Birds Unlimited! It has wonderful feeders, food, and products . The salespeople are always friendly and very knowledgeable. The current curbside service is fast and convenient.

The WBU website is easy to navigate and order from. My order was ready before the estimated time of pickup and every time I have called the store the phone was answered promptly. I have never encountered a staff member that wasn’t willing to help either in person or over the phone. At this WBU location both staff and products are amazing!

I always enjoyed talking with the people in the store, but with things as they are, it was good to have an alternative to a personal visit. The selecting and ordering of products was easy. I was pleased that my Club discounts were applied as was a discount coupon. I'm not sure if i acquired Bird Bucks with this on line order. I was not allowed to use my $10 Bird Buck coupon from a previous purchase. I hope that feature is added to on line orders.
