I so enjoy going into the store or now ordering over the phone for pick up. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Thanks for being there!

Jackie is very knowledgeable when it comes to birds and when you ask her a question as I did do - she gave a complete answer. They also carried my bags to my car and since I walk with a cane this was most helpful. You don't get that personal service in other stores

The store is stocked with what I am looking for, plus always has a few new items to explore. There are also solutions to bird or related issues, e.g. squirrels. Lastly, there is inventory to browse through, although I did not take time to do so on this visit because of the coronavirus. I stuck to my list.

My birds (and other critters) never complain about food from WBU. And they are a vocal bunch, so I know when they DON’T like something. Re the curbside - the only issue I was concerned with (and I could have also done better) was that the parking lot was being tarred, so the young man and I walked around and met halfway, neither of us masked, then I carried the bag to my car. I should have worn my mask. When I got home, I washed down the bag and myself. So, I’m just bringing up a weird situation, not a complaint. Love my WBU. (Do you take empty feed bags, to recycle? Otherwise, I wash them and take to Festival Foods recycle bin.)

I didn’t order online so went in. When I asked if it could be carried out to my car, she carried it out and put it in my car. I never even touched it👍

I like the friendliness of the staff. I really appreciate that they carry out the big bags I think the quality of the seed is really good.
