The staff member Lee was very knowledgeable and patiently listened to all my questions. He gave me thoughtful and knowledgeable answers. He showed me the products that would help me with tips on how to use them. Each item came a various price points. He did not try to up-sell me, he merely pointed out the features of each and let me decide. I felt very respected. I also felt I could then make an informed decision about my purchases.

Staff answered questions about order on the phone. Pick-up was fast. Pick-up was done in a way that COV-19 could not be spread so it was very safe.

If it wasn't for the staff at Wild Birds Unlimitd, we would not have the variety of birds coming to our feeders. We also appreciate the quality of your product. Your staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you!
