The WBU staff are always very friendly and helpful. In addition, the selection of merchandise is plentiful and new items are added frequently. I believe they were also one of the first stores to offer curbside pickup during the pandemic.

They help me pick out for birds I am feeding. They suggested a feeder that worked finches. They told me that one seed I was thinking about, squirrels like. I didn’t want squirrels like.

Easy to place order and easy to pick up. Staff forgot to bring out a tree hook that was part of our order but called within a few minutes of us leaving so we could go back to get it. They were quick and very apologetic. Great service!

They can always answer my questions and help me attract the birds in my area to enjoy. The merchandise is high quality.
