Your staff gives excellent service. Mike the delivery driver is an ambassador and advocate for taking care of birds. He always remembers how I store my seed in the garage when I am not home

This has Nothing to do with your employees or the delivery. They were fine and my order was delivered as promised. The problem? The No Mess/peanuts and suets were left by the front door---all good---but I was gone for a while and the chipmunks found the No Mess and chewed through the plastic spilling a Tbl or so of the seeds!

I know I pay more at WBU than I would elsewhere, but I've shopped at WBU for many years. Though I don't dash in frequently, can't help but notice that staff and ownership always know me by name. Also, my experience includes former owner coming to a South Euclid City Council meeting with me to testify against an ordinance that a very strange person was advocating to make bird-feeding illegal. No, of course the ordinance didn't happen - but the fact that I had special help from WBU will always stay with me. And I think he lived in Westlake! Oh, and the older I get, the more I appreciate staff always loading my car. Thank you. Grateful to you all.

The price of bird seed has gotten very expensive. I am considering stopping feeding the birds! I have fed the birds for over 30 years!
