The staff was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Setting up my system was easy when I got home because the sales guy told me exactly what I needed to do. And the birds!!! I feel like mother earth there are so many birds out there. Highly satisfied customer.

The young people are great at customer service. Always polite and knowledgeable. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for my calendar this year, but the price was right. I always feel welcomed in the store and I really like shopping there.

I do not think I have ever received such an incredible degree of customer service. The owner/manager of the store, Dave, came out to my house to deliver extra feeders and poles to help me set up in a new home. He gave excellent advice on placement and products. He also returned to the store to fix a feeder that I owned and to cut down the length of two poles which were too tall for the job, then returned to my home to finish putting up the poles. He billed me for the products which I selected and refused even a tip for his help. I certainly will continue to come to his store. In addition, I have told all my friends about the unbelievable service and assistance which I received.
