I have specialized feeders and there is always an ample supply as well as new selections. The people are very kind and helpful. They show passion about feeding and attracting birds and squirrels and make me feel less of a nut for doing the same. They are nurturing something in me that makes me feel like a better participant in life.

I have shopped this store for birdseed and other bird related items and always found the staff to be exceptional. In the summer I often come looking rather grubby because I come from working at the Morton Arboretum, appearance does not matter to the staff. They always greet me personally. The young woman with dark hair has always made me feel exceptionally welcomed and always can answer my questions.
