We were familiar with wild birds from Tampa Florida and decided to start over again in Geneva Illinois. We were glad there was one close to us and we had a wonderful experience shopping there. This will be our go to store for years to come. Thank You

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They help me pick out the best bird seed for what I am looking for and carry out the heavy bags to my car. They are have the best customer service and are like having a friend at the store.

Ondine provides exceptional customer service. You can throw any kind of bird question at her, and she can answer you in detail. She can describe and explain every item sold in the store. She makes suggestions for items we might like, and we usually end up buying them. Probably everyone else does, too, because everyone loves Ondine. She's a big reason we all keep coming back to the store.
