In spite of the number of customers shopping in the store, I was able to get the information that I needed from Ondine along with recommendations, get checked out and then she carried the bags to my car for me and thanked me by name. NO ONE offers service like that! But THEY do and that is another great reason I shop there! I love to see all the birds outside the door coming to the feeders that they have set up. How cool!!!
