I went in to buy the FeatherWeight Seed Cylinder Feeder after seeing it in a promotional post on facebook. It was not available in store so staff advised to buy online. Unfortunately not online either. Please advise when will this be available?

We bought no mess seed. That was fine. Our concern/ disappointment was our life time squirrel resistant bird feeder needs a new part and the staff did not repair it. The owners were not there.

I wanted a 40 lb bag of no mess I was given 2 bags of 20 lb no mess and charged the rate for 2 bags of the smaller size No one said a word that you were out of 40 lb bags I would have waited till they came in

Owner refuses to wear a mask, even though there is a mask mandate in our county. This is particularly disturbing because he will also not get vaccinated. With a mostly older customer base this is shows total disregard for your customers. Will be limiting visits to only those 2 items I can’t find elsewhere and to days he is not working

I was highly satisfied so I am confused by this question

All employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about everything birds. The store is clean and well organized. If there is a problem with a product/seed, the store will stand behind the product and make sure that the customer gets their value for what they paid. If something is not right the store will refund the cost. I received some bad seed and the store replaced the seed with fresh seed. I'm happy and the finches are happy.

I was totally satisfied. I have shopped this store since it opened. Great owner and staff. Always friendly and helpful.

Everyone is always so friendly. Eudean( I'm sure I spelled it wrong) is the best!! She knows her stuff. Always takes very good care of me. I love your store!!!!!
