prices a high, return on plastic is a pain, should go with other containers, refund is little, store is worried about protecting environment with plastic.

Your prices are high. Your staff don't seem very happy. Especially the owner is a little gruff. The store itself is beautiful and I love looking at all your nature items!

We get Safflower Seed and the seed has been aweful. Way to many sticks in are 50lb bag of food. We might shop someone else for are Safflower is we keep getting sticks in are bird food.

For the 1st time in roughly 27 years they were out-of-stock on a product. Specifically Thistle. I do understand that with COVID there are still supply issues. I was just taken by surprise. I also realize it is our of your control. They did immediately offer to call me as soon as it comes in. This is appreciated.

I would love to see prices a little lower, and some of the "specialty" seeds available in smaller quantities (for example, nyjer...my birds don't go through it very quickly and I end up throwing a lot of it away, unfortunately, because they won't eat it unless it's fresh.
