I like the products and the personnel that serve me. It's nice being greeted by your name and the pugs are an added bonus. They always ask me about my aging pug, Winston, and that makes me feel good. Even if I forget the latest coupon, they always honor the coupon price and even remind me of ones I was unaware of. We have lots in common, mainly feeding and enjoying all the backyard 'critters'.
