Ondine knows more about birds than anyone I've ever encountered in a store. She's friendly and excited to share her knowledge. The store smells and looks pleasant.

Because I always get the best of service especially from Nadine. She is super nice, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about all things birds.

The staff’s knowledge is incredible! I have yet to present a problem that they do not have a solution for. It’s the easiest one-stop shopping!

Staff is friendly, knowledgable, does not rush you, willing & able to answer questions, keeps track of some of my actiities and actively engages me when I come in - which indicates their interest in their customers - which is great!! Store is always clean and there are displays and active bird feeders outside that are fun to watch. It is easy to load up the car, and staff always insists on assisting to load - even when I know I can do it myself. But this gives me another moment to talk with staff, which I always look forward to when I visit the store. Overall, I have been quite pleased to bring my business here for the last several years, and plan to do so far into the future. Thank you!
