The staff know their bird stuff. I’m always learning, it’s fun and love the products they offer.

The store is laid out so nicely. Owners and staff are top notch. Diane helped me on this particular day.

Everytime I come into the store everyone is very friendly. They make sure I don’t have any questions about anything & that I’m getting the correct product.

Was having trouble with my hot cone of seed that I purchased. The employee that helped me said to try spreading bark butter on it. All the birds did was eat the bark butter. So I bought a couple of the smaller cakes and the birds are eating them.

It's always a pleasure to visit the store. My questions are always fully answered, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly staff. I like that I receive coupons both in the mail and in emails. I do shop at another WBU sometimes and I like that your store offers way more coupons and sales.

I enjoy looking at the variety of merchandise available. It's nice to see some of the products being used in the side lot where feeders are displayed. The knowledge of the store personnel is valuable.
