Unaware that the store closes at 5 pm on Saturdays, I arrived at 5:15. The employee told me they were closed, but when I asked him if he would allow me to purchase birdseed, he did!

I really like the woman who waited on me. I’m a loyal customer and have shopped here since the store opened. I’m very pleased with the bird food and the gifts.

Staff is very nice and attentive, yet not intrusive. Love the Jackson store.
