The staff was helpful and attentive without being pushy. Despite some disorganization of the merchandise because of damage caused by a fire in the business next door, I was able to find everything I needed.

Great quality, great service, beautiful selection. I don’t talk to many people about birds but if I did I’d highly recommend WBS.

The man working was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Very cute store, good prices and lots of different bird houses and feed.

Thomas was very informative, knowledgeable, Professional, and personable. I loved looking around in the store. Everything was very easy to see and neat and organized, and I found a mosaic birdbath that matches identically to a table I purchased years ago.

I love this store and the way these friendly and helpful people do business and treat their customers. It's always a pleasamt experience. On this particular occasion, one item I ordered was out of stock, but I got a prompt call offering a substitution or to delete it. I selected the substitute and was completely pleased with it.
