I was highly satisfied. My error!!

I was very satisfied with my visit to Wild Birds Unlimited in Hanover MA. The sales woman was extremely helpful & courteous. I purchased a couple of small items that I'm sure I could have got somewhere else for much less but felt it was important to support local business. I would probably not return to this store because I would have no need to.

I did not receive one item. I called and left a voice message that same day, requesting a call back to confirm and have not received any confirmation that the missing item will be sent to me. Expected a call back same day and that is disappointing. I'll call in the next day again. Please do call me. 732-687-0885. Linda Lutkevich

I emailed about a defective product and received no response.

I have spent hundreds in your store and I think it’s just terrible that you ask again to renew the subscription. Your prices are high enough. I have been coming to your store and bought so many things because I thought they were the best but you don’t think your customers are the best because you want your regular customers to pay a fee
