Iwent there to purchase a gift for someone and the staff took time to explain options to me and help me decide what gift would be most appropriate for the recipient. The staff was very knowledgeable about birds and their habits so it was a very helpful experience.

They always keep me informed about the local birds that are active and keep a good amount of local products available. They have also helped me special order things they didnt have Readily available. They are good people

I was very satisfied with my visit

The only part of my experience short of perfect was the shopping cart. I had linked a bunch of product pages, and when I came back to buy everything each product page opened in its own tab. On a typical site, I could go through each tab, add to cart, and the cart would "keep up" with all the additions. When I add the final item, all the other items would also be in the cart with it. Here, though, each page had its "own cart", so I had to add one item, then in the same tab, re-navigate to find the other products one at a time to add them. It only added about 5 minutes but it would be great if this could be fixed for future customers. Thanks!

With email offers, what I wind up paying does not match what I thought it would. Discounts offered do not match actual price paid.
