I personally know the owners of the store. Very knowledgeable of the products and birds. Easy parking a plus.

Steve and Pam are super nice and always spend the time to chat about birds and make suggestions.

Both staff people were engaged and very helpful. They suggested solutions to my squirrel problems and pointed out my bird feeders were in the wrong location. They also took the time to explain the difference in the seed blends. They were both very patient with me and my questions.

Is staff always knowledgeable and friendly

Gracious, knowledgeable staff put my seed in the trunk and kindly turned the bags so they would be easy to lift out. Just a little thing, but I noticed.
