High quality merchandise. Nice variety. Good hardware. I was looking for an item and the clerk went into the back room and found it for me. Staff always friendly.

It is always fast and easy to shop at the Hanover store

I appreciated being updated about the avaialability of the tiems and once they arrived at the store the order was filled promptly. Questions re: the email coupon were answered quickly and politely and when it did not take, I noted it on the order and received a phone call back! When I called back, Hunter was very nice and handled the refund efficiently. Thank you
