I can’t recall his name but the employee with long blonde hair, was extremely helpful! My friend and I asked a ton of questions and he was was very friendly and knowledgeable! We learned a lot from his insight and suggestions.

I believe I dealt with the owner or manager of the store. He was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the bird feeder pole that I was seeking. He explained the quality of the product and ease of installation and demonstrated the quality and diversity of products offered to customers. I was impressed that this was a most knowledgeable retailer with an array of high quality products.

I found this store about 5 years ago. The previous owners were exceptional. The new owners have continued the excellent quality of service and merchandise. They have helped turn my front yard into a bird heaven. That makes my day and that of my cat.
