Staff is always friendly and helpful every visit. Store is always well stocked and offers new items.

Great staff and good selection of products

Everybody at the store is always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Also, the knowledge base is very impressive. I wish I was a little bit closer but I am happy whenever I am in the store and make the drive.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and more than helpful. They went out of their way to advise me not to purchase an item, but to have them fix mine , which they did at no cost. They also advised me on a new feeder and how to take care of the new feeder and what to do with the new feeder. They fixed my item. I went back and picked it up and they did not charge me and I also had to move imy bird feeder and they gave me the items necessary to do this at no charge. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of help with birds etc. very very highly satisfied!

The quality of the birdseed is excellent. On this trip, I was impressed with Janice's knowledge of hummingbird matters. She was most helpful in selecting a new feeder for those darling birds.

Hunter is super helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming, and polite. He always knows a great deal about the goings on of birds in our area. The store is one of my family’s favorite to visit in the area :)
