I’ve always shopped at wild birds unlimited even when I lived another state and I’ve always loved the people, the service, and the products. They alway have such knowledge as well.

Ryan and Paul were both very helpful in sharing information about the various products I was shopping for. Always great customer service in the store!

Greetings received with the employee name, quickly offered to help me find what I was looking to purchase. Informed me my membership had expired and I renewed my membership. Gave me information on deals available. I took advantage of those deals. The quality and availability are always good.

The employee was very willing to take time to answer my questions and share his knowledge. I enjoyed the gift items and will be back to shop for Christmas gifts.

I have been buying merchandise at the Mack location for many years. You sell quality merchandise and most products you stand behind them. You usually always have replacement parts or will order them for me. A bird bath I bought almost 30-years is still in my yard. Over the years I have purchased 3 others including a heated one for winter. The employees are always happy to carry out my orders, help to assemble and give me excellent advice to solve unwanted critters in my feeders. Love this store. Prices are a bit high (what isn’t today) but the quantity keeps me coming back. You get what you pay for.
