I've been shopping at the Grosse Pointe Woods store for several years and it's always a pleasure to go in the store. The sales associates are always professional and very knowledgeable. I usually see Ryan in the store (all associates are great!) and he helped me with purchasing a bird guide. I really appreciated his time as I just needed a preview of birds in Michigan rather than a deep dive into bird behavior, etc. The merchandise is very unique, the store is always clean and I love the fact you have the coloring contest for kids and that you give out free bird calendars each year.

I was looking for small items to add to finish gifts for Christmas. Will look again throughout the year for birthday gifts.
